I have been on ESA in Support Group for a long time and have just filled out my renewal forms, I have had a call from my GP surgery to say I have to come in for an appointment regarding my claim. Is this normal procedure? Not had this before and having recently moved I have not seen GP before.
It sounds as if the DWP has contacted your GP for an update on your condition. Be thankful that the GP wants to fill it in with you there rather than just sending it off.
