I have been waiting 6 months now for a home visit PIP and WCA appointment. Is there a limit to how long they can make me wait? Because my disability is MH related the anxiety is making my condition worse. I also believe there is already enough information, inc. Medical, supplied for a paper decision to be made.
I am afraid there is no time limit - but that is a very, very long time. Have you contacted them to find out what the delay is? Only 3% of claimants are given paper-based decisions and normally they are only done with back-up information from the GP or another medical professional.
