I would like to thank you for this site, it really helps when filling out the forms. I was awarded pip standard for both, that’s about the same DLA I was getting, I’ve read Lots on here and I have asked for them to look at it again, I was 2 points off getting enhanced for both. They didn’t award for certain things which would have took me into enhanced.
Question I want to ask is if I have to appeal would I still get my DLA up to my appeal hearing. Thank you so much for all your help.
I assume that you have put in for a Mandatory Reconsideration. As you have been given a PiP award, they will probably still move you across to PIP from DLA and then if your award is changed then it will be backdated. In your decision letter, it should have said when you will swap over to PIP.
