Hi all my PIP was awarded until April 2020. However, i received my PIP Award Review form PIP 1043 early November, completed it and returned it as requested before 16 Nov 2019. Unbelievably, I have been called for assessment next Friday,6 December, 4 months early. I don't understand this, if I've been awarded until April 2020, have i no rights to keep my award until then? I am being robbed of my award in this case. Can anyone throw light on why am i being assessed early and what if anything I should do or know? Thank you very much.
You have a Fixed Term award so it was always going to be reassessed before the end date or you would be left with no payments while it was looked at, the DWP has chosen to do this six months in advance of the End Date, it used to be twelve!
