Posting mr

Hello , on returning my mandatory reconcideration ,tomorrow ,to an handling site wolverhamptom ,I want it signed for.tracked. it's got to be back the 5th, I would be gratefull if any one knows, will someone be about at these handling sites to sign it . Or do u have it recorded . Thanks
