I completed the PIP form for my bro in law and he received full enhanced rates on 1/6/18 up to end of May 2020. Last week he received form PIP.1043 from the DfC to be completed by 13/12/19. Now I am not here to complain about the timing which leaves a lot to be desired to say the least. The format is new to me but I have a summary with all the descriptors addressed which I propose to submit and refer to plus GP's report. The DfC already have the previous completed form where I went into more detail and after a face to face awarded Enhanced Rates.Obviously his condition hasn't changed.Is my approach correct?
