Hi all, I have cancelled my ESA medical for the 24th of December as could not make this appointment and have asked for my medical to take place at another centre nearer to me. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and said there was a queue for the centre I wanted and would put me in the queue. My question is, do I need to put this in writing and send them a letter as well to confirm all this. Many thanks Bubs
