Hi, I went to my pip tribunal yesterday and when I say down the first thing they said they wanted to clear something up first, asked did I have a certain page number and I didn’t, they hadn’t been sent all my medical evidence from whoever should of sent it on to them. I explained I had sent everything over but the main office hasn’t sent it all to them for their bundle of papers. They took my originals that I had on me and photocopied them and told me it will be adjourned so the next panel has time to look through it all rather than quickly looking yesterday and making a decision within a few minutes. Is this a good or bad thing? How long will I be waiting for another date, I’ve waited 13months for my appeal date allready and now this! Would be good for some advice thanks
It is unfortunate that you still have to wait, but it is always best that the panel have sufficient time to read the evidence. and they clearly want to be thorough. I cannot tell you how long you will be waiting. I would put in a call to the Tribunal Services and ask them.
