It does not mean that they have and that assumes that the information was actually available, a lot of DLA information has been destroyed as no longer needed.

ok, the woman on the phone told me they would have used it, but the claim was made upwards of 10 years ago, I think I asked if they'd contacted my gp too, I'm really not sure if she was just waffling or not, certainly she denied dla-pip claims were being done geographically, but I live in supported housing and all the transfers came through at once, as did another mans who I know locally

I've got the report and it says something about "gp letter about RSI"

I think I'm going to do a gdpr rectification request together with the MR one, dwp don't have a dept for these yet, but they do for SAR's so I'll use that - the difference is that they're required to respond to these within a month, rather than whenever they like for MR's
there doesn't seem to be any extension clause like the SAR's have.

incidentally the HP told me she would not be the one making the decision, and the DWP told me that they basically just top and tail the HP's report and call it done...
