Blue Badge under the new rules

Applied for a Blue badge and was refused, Appealed it using the Regulation 35 ruling, Had to appeal twice and I got it in the end.
Have just been awarded PIP low care and nothing for Mobility, Do they use Regulation 35 ruling on PIP claims? Am going to request a Mandatory reconsideration, Am waiting award notice and report. I really needed help with mobility as well as care

I’ve had a blue badge for over 25 years. I recently applied for pip and received 0 points on both categories. I’ve received any benefits but my mobility symptoms are getting worse and a friend suggested pip which I tried and was denied. As I was new to applying at the time I had no evidence and I didn’t know about this site. I assumed my GP would have supply relevant information- how wrong was I. I have since requested all my medical notes and have asked for a mandatory reconciliation which I have two weeks left to complete.

It ridiculous this system we are the complete opposite- I’ve got the blue badge with no award and you have part of an award but not the award you need.
