If you are found fit for work after an assessment, what happens next? Are you expected to look for work while you appeal? Also do you have your benefits cut? Thank you
From a previous post, you are claiming Universal Credit.
If you have been found Fit for Work then you will have been returned to the All work-related activity group and I would expect you to have to search for work in order to continue to receive UC, whether you request an MR or not.
