Hi my daughter was awarded pip in 2015 today I’ve received this message We've sent you a 'How your disability affects you' form. Please fill it in carefully and return it to us by the date we asked you. We need to make sure you're getting the right amount of Personal Independence Payment. Thank you.
The question is she’s not due an review until January 2021 she’s not received the form yet is she due an review?

The Decision Letter should have said when the DWP would be looking at the claim again, historically they have been looking at claims a year before they end.
If an assessment form has been issued then it must be returned or her claim will be closed.

On the decision letter it says we’ll contact you after 21 January 2020
