At the beginning of October I rang the ESA helpline to ask for an update on when I would be next reviewed. I was told that they would be writing to me on 17th of December by a pretty surly assistant.
Now in a previous call I was told there was no date for any review.
Anyway, I know from experience that they sometimes make things up as they go along, so I phoned again today.
I was told this time that nothing had been sent out to me and there was no date on the system to say they would be writing to me.
The guy finished the call by saying just enjoy Christmas as you won't be getting anything through in the near future but said to phone back if I hadn't heard anything by the end of January - adding that I could have been moved to a later date yet again.
I'm not counting my turkeys, but at least the worry about running about like a headless one this Christmas getting evidence seems to have gone for now. (I hope!).
