Hi, despite having a face to face interview for continued ESA in February 2019 and successfully put in the support group (many thanks to the great information here) I have now been sent out yet another ESA form to fill in. I do understand this can happen at anytime. My question is can I fill it out word for word as I did a year ago? Nothing has changed and unfortunately I haven't had a miraculous recovery during this time? I say fill it out... it actually sent back to them like a small book in print offs!

There has been no change to the ESA criteria during this time so in principle, yes you can copy the information from your last form, just make sure that you update any date references so that they apply to now.
