The Jobcentre is the DWP.
The following page will help you make a request for the information that they hold on you.

One of the things you might want to think about requesting is copies of the letters that the DWP have received from you recently!
You can try involving your MP.

You can try getting advice from your local Welfare Rights office or CAB, do an internet search for "welfare rights" with your postcode, town or county, however, you may struggle to get support in the current environment, if you do, then it will only be phone support as most agencies have now closed their offices.

I know I wrote this a while ago, but I just wanted to update it with what eventually happened. It took a long time, and a lot of fighting for my rights in what seemed like hopeless futile circumstances, but eventually the DWP found that all the allegations made against me were false, they apologised, found they'd actually broken their own rules by investigated me twice in the space of 6 months, and in fact paid me compensation.
During that time I went to various places for help, places that should have known better, and they all gave me the totally wrong advice, and said there was nothing I could do and that I was going to get fined and lose my benefits etc. But I knew I'd done nothing wrong, so I just kept fighting them on my own. I just wanted to write this for anyone who might be going through similar. It's not hopeless and futile, and you can actually win.

Thanks for updating us with the resolution of your complaint against the DWP.
You mention you were let down by some advice agencies but were there any which did provide meaningful help?
