Hi, Has anyone been successful being awarded mobility descriptor 1f from 1e after PIP review due to the MH court ruling? And is there anyone who can help, who has had any experience with MR or Tribunal appeals specifically relating to these to mobility descriptors and the changes in PIP law resulting from the MH Court Case?
