Good afternoon - I have just sent my PIP renewal off - how long does it take them to make a decsion please? also do they write or contact you by phone? are they good success rates for carry on with an assessment? Thank u
You are looking at 2-5 weeks to find out whether a face to face assessment is required, if one is then this will be notified in writing for an appointment 7-14 days in the future. Once a report has been written then I'm afraid it could be anything from 4-10 weeks for a Decision.
