Hi Misslincs48

I honestly can't tell you because some people have been receiving them about 6 weeks before the end date and others months before. I'm sorry but for a clearer picture you will need to keep trying to get through to the DWP

Just to say, my form was due to be sent out to me on the 17th of December last year and it's still not arrived.

I've read a couple more posts and it seems I'm not the only one who hasn't been sent one.

I've googled loads of times and can't find any info on delays or deferrals so not sure what's going on. I phoned just before Christmas and was told to wait till end of January and they'd know more by then..

To be honest, in my experience it depends who you talk to when you phone because when I do phone again I bet I get told something different.

Seems a bit strange to me.

Phrank.

Could the delays be due to the migration to the new esa, as this happened when they deferred reassessment due to IC benefit change. Spent an hour and 40 mins this morning trying to speak to the Dwp its just getting worse

There is no migration taking place.
