I wonder if my case is similar to other members. I had DLA low care and full Mobility for life since 1996. I fell just one point short for low care so received NO AWARD but I kept High rate Mobility. After deep discussion with my wife and friends, I have decided not to appeal as I am scared that I will lose my Motability car which would be disastrous to me.
In addition, thanks to all at Benefits and Work, without your excellent work and guides I may have been awarded nothing. We live in a cruel world.

You are not alone, we have many members who have gone through scenario, you may want to ask DWP for a copy of the assessors report to see what they had assessed you on and how the points were awarded.
