Hi Adam

We used to say that it would take about 4 - 6 weeks to hear about your claim and be informed about a face to face, but times have varied considerably - so we cannot say with any certainty when you will hear.

Thank you

Can I just ask as well, do they contact my doctor for a report or is it better if I do for a report (if you can do that) ?

Hi Adam

The DWP rarely contact people's GP's so if you think they can provide relevant and helpful information you need to get one now and have it added to your claim.
