Just a random little one.

I struggle to hold a pen for long. Obviously I need to fill out my PIP form. Which of these would you suggest? I’ve tried to find someone to help with my form but there doesn’t seem to be anyone in my area.

I could:
A) type notes and get someone to write it for me (would you send the notes with it?)
B) type the whole thing and put “please see additional page x”
C) struggle through the whole, complete answers
D) write short answers then type longer answers and include it as evidence
E) something I haven’t thought of

Hi HyperSophie

Plenty of people type the whole of their PIP form. Either you can write or someone else can write in each box - see additional page X .... and make sure you have your name, national insurance number and page number on each typed additional page. Personally I also include a contents page (you don't have to, but I think it shows who is reading it what pages are what including the additional evidence you might send in).

Ace, thank you!
I just wanted to make sure they would accept it as I’ve seen a few queries about it but no definitive answer. I’ll type it out on my big clacky keyboard then :)

Hello HyperSophie. I did exactly what BIS suggested as the PIP2 questionnaire has such tiny boxes for you to try and cram everything in. I used my ancient MacBook to create a document, which allowed me to do all the editing, cut & pasting, and all other tweeking in between until I was happy to then print it off and attached all additional sheets to my PIP2, paper questionnaire and sent it back, Recorded, signed for, delivery.
