I got help from an autism charity to fill my forms in and the manditory consideration.

They initially gave me zero points but then gave me two on manditory consideration.

Theres a few mix ups in the manditory reconsideration, one sextion says i was visibly anxious, sweating, shaking and another says i showed no signs of anxiety.

They got medical records from my drs, im bad at talking to ppl so i geuss i confused a locum dr into thinking i was a university student... Its my wife.

I got my medical records while waiting for the tribunal, i usually see a dr that has an autistic son. She gets me ither drs rush me and i mostly confuse them going off the notes.

Reason denied pip, im at uni, i drive and have an autistic son i look after.

They ignored all medical records and evidence just focused on those three things. I dont understand any of this.

The assesor was a paramedic, he didnt know what to do when i had a panic attack and left the room.

Sorry, if anyone can explsin it id be really grateful.

Hi baldydave

I'm sorry that you are so worried about the tribunal. I hope that you are going to have someone with you.

It is hard to advise you because if the Tribunal is on Tuesday then you must have already put in all your evidence.

If you think you are going to find it difficult to explain - make sure you have a short list that you can refer to, so you don't miss anything out. There should be a doctor and a specialist in disabilities at the tribunal who should have more understanding.

If you have someone with you, they will also let them speak if necessary.

If there is a risk you are going to have a panic attack at the tribunal, you need to tell them at the beginning and they will give you time and even a break if needed.

Thanks, so much bis. Ive never asked for help before. Pip wise but i only did it because the charity said i shouod. Id rather it if the government just said no instead of paying people to lie.

I felt a lot better before i started all of this, i dont think i couod go through it all again.

Makes me feel a lot better thst my wife might be able to say something if i forget im bad at remembering things and get mixed up if two people are talking to me at the same time.

Being able to go to the toilet for a few mins to avoid a panic attack will be good, i dont get why the government dont just hire the tribunal service to do the medical assessments.

Thank you
