hello, my name is jimmy, I have been a member 3 years, I have learned a lot from reading lots of messages on forums, however I think this is the first time a have written on this board. I have to fill an esa50 form and then probably go to the dreaded medical. A lot has changed for me in the last few years, I have had 3 tuis, a stroke, encephalitis and have been placed in a induced coma, as well as an osteotomy to my right let, which was not successful, which has left me in severe pain. I have a weakened right side of my body, I also have a loss of memory, I was wondering if I could take my partner, she is fab, she knows all dates of hospital dates, names of consultants, and lots of other things. just not sure if I could take her to my medical. thank you so much for listening.
