I am a signed up member of B & W and have downloaded nearly all of the guides.
Having done so, I am at the moment stuck but a little bit wiser, when it comes to completing my MR.
One thing can't understand is how for example, can I have a decision changed on reliability. Let me give you an example.
On one descriptor X had been marked by the HP as being able to cook a meal
X put down in his form that his family cook for him and due to his mobility and mental health (Walking aid, Osteoathritis, can't reach etc and effects of medication where he loses track due to anti-psychotic medication) can not cook for himself!
How can you argue without considering the HP's opinion, or observations?
Don’t get me wrong I am not being defeatist but what’s the point of an MR, when it will be their word against yours?
No one is saying that you should ignore the contents of the report but getting into a he says/they say is unlikely to get the Decision revised, as we have said before you need to undermine the assessor's opinions so in your example you might refer to the issues that you have stated in your post to show that their comments aren't reasonable. Refer to your evidence and testimony in and with your PIP2 yo support what you are saying.
