Can anyone give me advice, I have scored 6 points for care element of pip and nothing for mobility. I have applied for my case to be heard at tribunal, received tribunal papers and have only just seen assessors report, which stated I crouched and stood up. This is an absolute lie as I suffer ms & have problems with balance, tripping and I didn’t lie down on the bed for her to assess my being able to lift my legs 70 degrees either.
These are blatant lies, she only tested my standing against a wall for support so I didn’t topple & I sat on the edge of the couch & rotated my feet.
Does anyone know if u can get hold of a visual copy of the interview & when the assessor has lied where do I stand.
You said in a previous post that I answered that you have seen a copy of the assessor's report. The assessments are not filmed - so that is the only record of what happened.
You can always put in a complaint about the assessor and this will be dealt with entirely separately from your claim. Some members have had great success in complaining, others less so. You do this by contacting the DWP
