Not sure about Apple, but on your android phone click on the top right hand corner (the 3 vertical dots) in the drop down menu, click on desktop site. Then click on your screen name and whilst the writing will be a little small, your previous posts should be there) mine are....

Sorry about those troublesome spasms, hope a good sleep helped, I medicate.

Now, ancient MacBook says no, as does my Samsung Galaxy-6, but then I couldn't see the 3 vertical lines you referenced on my screen. No desktop here so it seems I'll have to trawl the Forum for what I am looking for.

It's the three small dots at the top of the web page. (Next to the 'share' icon)

Well, it's totally not my day.

I thought i would give my Samsung Galaxy S6 a go at finding past posts. When I eventually figured out how to connect to the internet, I may well have my very first smart phone, but it's set on stupid, aka simple mode, and went to B&W website to log on. The Samsung Galaxy S6 said NO!!!!!! I tried several times but it seems that I'm not being recognised so there's no way to try using it to find my previous posts.

It is ever so slightly annoying now as, I've only just realised, that, as I am unable to access my previous posts, I am also unable to update my progress for both my ESA & PIP applications. Yes, I am one of the lucky ones.......not, who were selected to apply for 2 benefits at the same time.

So Jo, dots or lines, thank you so much for your help.
