Hi Ginger

Yes, you can send in new evidence and yes, I would send a copy to the DWP. Be aware the evidence needs to be relevant to the actual time of your claim.

Ginger

You can supply new evidence and testimony for your appeal up to about two weeks before the hearing, send it to the Tribunal Service only, they will send a copy to the DWP. Do not send a copy to the DWP yourself.

Sending it directly to the DWP can create problems with the evidence available to three parties involved in the appeal; yourself, the DWP and the TS panel. Evidence issues will almost certainly result in your hearing being adjourned to a later date to allow the problem to be resolved.
