Hi, I rang the helpline late last year and was told I was due a review on 17/12/19.
I have still heard nothing my and payments have coninued.
My question is: do you think my review has been deferred yet again, or could it be due to some backlog?

Hi phrank
ESA is an indefinite award with scheduled reassessment based on the Prognosis Date completed by the assessor in their report, so your existing ESA award continues in payment until a new Decision is made.
I have no idea if your review has been deferred again, Christmas period is always a bit fraught, if you are worried then I would contact DWP and ask.

Thanks, Gary for your prompt reply.
I have been in this situation before and been told the date has been moved forward when I've phoned up.
For some reason, don't ask me why, this time I'm very paranoid about phoning in case it triggers a review form being sent out. I know phoning the helpline won't cause this really, but I feel very negative about phoning this time.
