I have finished work now due to disabilities. I was getting working tax credit with a disability premium.
Job centre put me on New style ESA and then in October they also said I was entitled to UC but will not back date it which I am appealing against.
Should I be in old style ESA contribution and income related ? Every time I do benefits calculator it says legacy benifits with SDP ?

It is no longer possible to make a new claim for legacy ESA unless you meet specific criteria, which you do not if you were working immediately before claiming.
