Hi just a quick question, I put my pip appeal in about 5 or 6 weeks ago but I have not heard anything, should I have had some paperwork back from dwp or anything so I can construct my appeal with welfare rights?
You should have had an acknowledgement from the Tribual Service accepting your appeal, the DWP then have one month from the date of that letter to provide their submission, they will send a copy to you directly.
It would be worth your contacting the TS directly.
