Assessment report

Hi all please could someone tell me if the decision makers make the decision on what points the assessor puts on the form. Thank you

Thank you so much are the dots they put on the choices their choice like a,b,c please I have my report and if I’m reading it correctly I think I passed I used the dots to count the points. I did ring but they say decision makers are taking up to 12 week. Thank you

I can’t find anywhere points just the black dots am I allowed to send a pic or for instance on moving around e is circled and she has put at the end on balance of all evidence it is reasonable to suggest that she can stand and move more than 1 m but no more than20 aided or unaided

Hi bis thank you my assessment dissent have points just circles next to one of the 6 answers so is that what the assessor thinks? She has also wrote about which dot is there. If so it looks like it could be good news it was Atos. Thank you
