Using a dosette box is not in itself a reason for you to score points you need to explain why it is necessary for you to use and what would happen if you did not.
If you are considered to be using an "aid" then you would score one point which won't help you to receive an award unless you also have problems with getting in and out of a bath or shower which scores three points.

Thank you Gordon
He takes 8 different tablets a day and when you work out the doses its 22 tablets a day. so he does need help to ensure he takes the correct tablet at the correct time, some of the medication makes him sleepy and sometimes we have to wake him if the medication is due, he does need help to shower so hopefully he will gain some points for that. I am aware that you have to fit the descriptor but am finding it hard to explain how I think he fits.
Thank You

Give examples of the problems that he has, for example; what was it like before he started using the box?

If he needs supervision for medication, your pharmacy can provide his tablets which explains which tablets to take and the times.
