Hi I have a neurological condition that requires physio exercises to help prevent / maintain muscle mass. It requires support/help from my hubby, this was prescribed by my neurological physiotherapist after 2 years of intensive therapy. It’s something that I have continued to do especially during relapse. I did throughly explain the how & the why & how it effects me also without support I would be unable to complete therapy & that would be detrimental. I was quite phonic in my explanation. This was accepted by HP & I received points for needs help with therapy, I highly recommend following the guide on this site it really helped me get to grips with how to explain my situation.
