Pip 1043 review 2020

Pip review 2020 form 1043.... for me essentially no changes my award was extended from 2018 to 2020 after submitting last Pip 2019 review,
the only change is Psychiatrist, Psychologist and support workers who change within NHS.

My question is under each section in section 3

you have 3 parts/boxes in each section
eg Section 11 Planning and following a route.

Box 1: Tell us if something has changed and approx when.
Box 2: Tell us how you manage this activity now, inc use of aids.....
Box 3: Tell us about any changes to the help you need or get from another person.

If i put no change in Box 1: is there a need for me to complete other 2 boxes. the other sections 1-11 are all similar.

i do have a care plan, although it does not say how things effect me, it just shows/ lists Psychiatrist, Psychologist, and give a brief description of Main mental health Problems ie History of severe depression , traits of PTSD and some other horrible diagnosis, is there any harm in me including as evidence? my support worker will also write a letter.
my review form dated late Feb only arrived letter 6 days after only giving me less than 3 weeks.

i am very stressed, even though it is a review not an initial claim.

i did download that page and the following pages, i read it, but unfortunately not thinking that clearly, and was tempted to just put No change include a care and support workers letter,
( which i previously never had )

But i shall in the first of each box state no change then in following 2 boxes give detailed
information about the difficulties i have with each activity.

Thank you i cant bear to thing of a F2F but must 6 years the youngish women was very very good and understanding, and Think she went an extra mile to be helpful, but i know this is certainly not the case the majority of the time.

So once again thank you, i am really glad i asked, the question, now as you have put onto clear perspective What would be .

I hope others reading this also under enormous pressure with this sort of thing, also clarify things because it is easy to forget/do/ etc etc and this is no game if i don't receive what i entitled to, WILL have to move (i simply wont be able to afford. it. or cope with that.

Sorry for being verbose here, but a great deal hinges on this so not to be taken lightly.
