Pip review If including Psychiatrist reports, say 2 pages, is it ok to include just one page of the report/assessment? as there might be thing you dont want them to see,
ie engaged fairly well in review, etc or other things that may be perceived by Decision Maker as they dont really have serious problem they are ok,
eg under RISK
self: low with no current plans but occasional ideas self harm.
Others: Low
Self-Neglect: Low
Vulnerability: Low
Appearance: well kept
etc etc etc
i mean could leave out the page with these sorts of things, include just front page with Diagnosis and Medications,
i have what is far heavy assessment meaning in my favour but from early 2019. and just include page of 2020 report list Diagnosis & medications
in essence only send/include what is optimum for you, not giving them any wriggle room as it were. remembering conditions fluctuate
so on one Psychiatrist report you maybe presenting okish, on another with a lot less functioning. all i said is not to deceive but only to present your more serious aspects.
almost is 2019 too old to submit, i have 3 Psychiatrist reports Aug 2019, Dec 2019 , Feb 2020 , which some elements are really in my favour, other things are ( nothing bad here ) but a bit less severe if you get what i am driving at
Kind regards

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Clearwater
You should never include anything that you believe could potentially harm your claim. Claimants often send bits of a report and not the whole report and it's up to the assessment provider and the DWP to make of it what they will. If they require further information they will ask for it.
2019 information is not too old to submit as evidence. Normally the DWP only look at things that are three years old, but I've sent older evidence for people if it is the only thing available.
