Please can I join in this discussion. I have posted my appeal and asked for a paper appeal. Am I to receive acknowledgment that they are in receipt of my paper appeal. I posted it 5 wks ago. Is there a contact number for me to check if it’s been received. I checked royal mails tracking number and it has been signed for. I suppose I was expecting either an email or text to say it has been received and they will be in touch in due course. Is this normal for a paper review and likewise an online appeal.
Yes, the Tribunal Service should have acknowledged receipt of your appeal, this usually only takes a week or two so you should contact the TS, phone numbers are in the link that I posted previously.
