Are you sure it must be in the envelope provided??
As I said they didn’t even send the questionnaire let alone return envelope.
Just a warning letter arrived few days ago that they haven’t received the completed questionnaire and have 5 days time left.
So I printed the forms and going to send it with recorded next day delivery in a plain envelope.
