Hello I have returned my PIP questionnaire. DWP says they have sent it to their assessment people on the 11th march for face to face, I was told there is a big back log to wait up to 8 weeks. Just wondering who makes the decision for a F2F or paper assessment is it DWP or the assessment people themselves? As I have put a lot of detail information down including letter from G.P I'm just wondering who makes the decision for a F2F assessment or a paper assessment? Thanks in advance.
