Yes this is very odd. I can confirm I called for my son's assessment report for pip only last Monday. The man that answered knew what i was requesting straightaway and got it sent out. I had it less than 48hrs later.
It was called PA3. My son is a dla to pip transfer. Hope you get this sorted out soon

Hello Laura
I can only agree with the above responses.
Remember, you have the right to request all phone calls made to the DWP. In my recent change of circumstances my husband was treated abominably by two call handlers. My husband never gets angry nor does he like conflict. I have requested every phone call made since Sept last year. Please request your own. You will be sent a proforma to list the dates and times you called the DWP and you will have 30days to send that information into them.
It is very big bugbear for me as it was my husband on the receiving end as I am unable to converse on the phone... especially to the DWP. I can only speak for what he has gone through. Most he has spoken to have been fantastic especially the one who prevented a MR by awarding a 5yr enhanced on both. Only to get the award notification stating a 6 year 4 month award.
If you have the strength and resolve to request the calls, you will have them in your possession forever. I know only too well how the DWP conveniently lose information and /or how they deal with complaints.
I hope you get the copy of your report which you a fully entitled to have.
Best wishes. Xx

Just to update, a very big surprise this morning a large back payment from pip has gone in my bank account. Guessing I'll receive a letter detailing the award soon. So shocked!
