Hi I have received my daughters ESA assessment form as she is due reassessment but some of the questions on the form are different to the one you use in members guide so confusing. Have you not done a guide for the latest one please?
The latest members only guides we have for ESA is dated September 2019, I have just checked, what is the title of the form you have, does it say ESA50 05/18?
