I am right in thinking that I can send further evidence after MR form has been sent . Should this be stated in a separate letter attached to the form of my intention.
MY MS Nurse has stated she will send a letter and I have an appointment with my neuro phyio specialist, my consultant neurologist in April, these clinical letters would be helpful but not available in time for the MR month deadline
Yes, you can send additional evidence. The only thing you need to realise is that it needs to arrive before they make the decision. That can be a bit problematic when you don't exactly know when that will be.
