Hi, This is in regards ESA Learning how to do tasks, after going through my sons ESA form [saved on USB] which has been sent [last minute rush to get it back] I realise that I have printed off a separate sheet from his last 2013 form regards Learning how to do tasks, and ticked no to both questions, it should be it varies on both, should I ring up and explain the error or post the amended current one which should have been sent in the first place, I am such an idiot, please advise, thank you
Sen it with a covering letter to Maximus and the DWP office dealing with the claim, I would also take a copy to the assessment, if one happens and ask the assessor to take note of it before they start the interview.
