My PIP has been stopped while I wait for facetoface for reassessment of my existing PIP claim. Should they have continued to pay it while I wait for facetoface ?

And as facetofaces are being suspended till June at least for it because of coronavirus as it’s no fault of mine that my first opportunity to win it back maybe after that facetoface which through no fault of mine is put off for months longer, is it right I am left longer without PIP, and do they have to pay me it till the rearranged facetoface meeting for reassessment of my claim for PIP ?

Thanks for any help

Hi AKaplan2

You need to give them a ring and find out the reason why it has been stopped. This can sometimes happen if your award date has ended before the face to face. With what is going on now anything we say could just be speculation. - you need to ring the DWP for an update of your case.
