Hi just after a bit advice regarding a mandatory reconsideration I have received points for needing prompting to follow a journey but on my psychiatrist letter it states that I need to be accompanied due to anxiety and thoughts of harming suicidal so I was wondering if I should ask for a reconsideration on these grounds
We cannot say whether or not you should put in for a mandatory reconsideration, that is something you will have to decide for yourself.
From what you say I think you have scored 4 points for b) (which is about needing prompting before you go out)- whereas you might argue that you also qualify for f) which means you need the support when you are on an actual journey for the reasons set out in your psychiatrist's letter
