I had a esa face to face re assessment in February 2020 and I am waiting for decision. If I am refused esa ,will i be able to apply for mandatory reconsideration or has mandatory reconsideration or decisions regarding esa assessments been suspended due to the coronavirus?
Nothing has been announced specifically about mandatory reconsiderations, so the only thing you can do is ring the DWP and ask the question. As it's already in progress you may get an answer soon, but the DWP are the only ones who can tell you this.
