I to have received ESA50 last week. Have tried phoning ESA benefit help line and no matter how long I wait cannot get through I waited over an hour the other day have tried each day this week and still no answer. My form has to returned by 13 Apr would love to get some advice also
They have said there will be no reviews or assessments for three months - but there have been no announcements about not sending back paperwork you have already received - so I am afraid you need to keep trying to get through as frustrating as it is - to clarify the position with your claim.
