My PIP has been stopped. was created by TeddlyMunder
On the 23rd March 2020 I was told that my PIP had been stopped ..this was because they hadn't received my medical form which I had posted 6 days before it was due to be back...I don't see this as being my fault especially in these troubling times...ithey told me I've got to wait for 10 weeks for a consideration....is there anything that I can do about this???

Did you send the form using a Tracker post or a get a Certificate of Posting?

When was the return date for the form?

The DWP should have written to you in advance of their closing your claim to ask why you had not returned the form, did they do this?

Was this a new claim or a reassessment?

Start a new claim for PIP as soon as you can, if you overturn the current Decision then the two claims will be merged.
