Hi I am due to be reviewed in August for PIP about a month ago when I last saw my GP she was going to contact the mental health services view another appointment for me also I was meant to contact my hospital in London that I go to to see a neurologist. Obviously with what's going on I'm concerned that when it's time for me to be reviewed,I always get help from mind to fill out my form I won't have any backing evidence. obviously I can get something from my GP other people must be in the same boat do you think the DWP will have any sympathy obviously with what's going on I'm concerned that when it's time for me to be reviewed I won't have any backing evidence obviously I can get something from my GP other people must be in the same boat do you think the DWP will have any sympathy you can only hope !!!

It's easy for me to say, but you should try not to worry about this. You are right - there are going to be a lot of people in a similar position. If it is a review then they must already have facts about you. A simple letter from your GP confirming your current health difficulties should be sufficient for the DWP if they are being reasonable.
When the time comes look at our guidance on how to complete the review form.

Thank you for your reply, I can't help but worry. The mental health services will be inundated with backlog appointments. Will sit tight as you never know what will happen. Take care everyone.
