Hello I have been on esa support group for 3 years. I thought it was due a review. As the last out one was dated 2017 june made the decision. It was ongoing award. So I rang in asked. If I can get a esa50 form through post. They sent it with no date on to return it by as it was sent early as I requested it. early. Then i ring back up last week for update on coronavirus delays. He says you dont need send it back. As you got ongoing award till 2022 june. Not being reviewed till then. Can you tell me is this the norm have others had this. As not sure whether to believe him. I asked for a formal letter to confirm this he said yes we send it. Any help please answers.
We have seen other members report that there ESA awards have been extended so I would not worry about what you have been told.
As an aside, you were very lucky that you did not trigger a review by your requesting a new ESA50 they could have assumed that your conditions and limitations had changed.
