Hello
I was wondering if anybody can help me I was on supportallowance then I was taken of it, I went to the appeal and I was put in the Wrag group a lady from esa phoned me up she said I would get back pay for the 338 days i think the number is correct, then that's it I won't get anymore, if I have won the appeal why am I not being paid is there another esa I can claim for like the new esa, I am a bit stuck an confused thank you Sukie

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
It sounds as if you are currently only entitled to either New Style ESA or legacy Contributon Based ESA, entitlement to payment of your NS ESA or ESA(CB) is limited to 365 days if you are not in the Support Group and you have now exceeded that limit.
If you are receiving legacy ESA then you can asked to be financially assessed for Income Related ESA. ESA(IR) is dependant on your household income, your savings and assets, and any hours that your partner works. See
Asset and savings rule for ESA(IR)
24 hour work rule for ESA(IR)
If you are receiving NS ESA then you can a claim for Universal Credit which has similar criteria.
You can put your information into one of the online benefit calculators to check eligibility.
